I have always pictured myself going to visit some of the finest places in the world, for example to visit Europe. I would love to see what other people’s cultures are like and experience living in their shoes for a while. I have always wondered what things are like from their perspective. In order to achieve these goals of mine, I will need some help.
I have been accepted into the People to People’s Student Ambassador program to explore Europe in the summer of 2012, with other delegates my age, led by teachers with plenty of Ambassador program experience. During our odyssey we will be visiting lots of exciting historical sites and famous landmarks. We will even get to stay with a family in Europe so we can get a clear view of what it’s like to live in Europe. We will also be trying some European foods that we don’t get to try every day here in America.
In order to pay for this trip I must fundraise. I’ve already started doing a little fundraising by baking cookies and I’m pretty sure I will be doing a lot more fundraising. Now keep in mind this is a very great experience that I am being offered. So, I would really appreciate it if you would contribute and help sponsor my trip!
